PA Forum

PA FORUM

Giving PA's representation and a voice across Greater Manchester

The first regular PA Forum for PA's to raise their issues and create change in their local area. Set up by YSM in Bury we hope to take this forum to each borough of Greater Manchester so that PA's are properly represented. Join us!

How it works

Our first PA Forum was on the 2nd of December at Bury Masonic Hall and was attended by both PA's and Individual Employers as well as a special guest, James Frith MP.

PA's aren't currently properly represented or valued in the community and we felt that a PA Forum was the best way forward for them to express their concerns about their lack of job satisfaction, pay, training and of course to take these problems to locally elected officials.

The next forum will be held at in the middle of January 2020 in another borough of Greater Manchester as well as one in Bury so keep an eye out on social media for more details!

Representation Matters!

We want to make the forum a place of value creating change for the better for PA's across GM, not just in Bury. PA's asked for representation when we carried out a survey at the beginning of the year, so we have listened and done exactly what they've asked!

Representation Matters! PA's need to be visible and have been over looked for too long.

NEXT FORUM ANNOUNCEMENT

The next PA Forum will be on the 14th March to get a general idea of how things are improving and air any issues relating to being a PA and an Individual Employer.
