Who are We

The YSM Group - Your Support Matters works with people who require support. We area value-led organisation which is achieving demonstrable outcomes for people across Greater Manchester and beyond.

We work with individuals and families to allow them to direct and choose the support they need with our guidance and expertise. We also run projects within our local community.

We provide training and support for PA's, employers and organisations across the country, as well as on-going advocacy with employers. as well as social policy research.

Our foundations.

Established. by Will Case in 2017 who is an Independent Disability Consultant, Will was awarded the Winston Churchill Fellowship in 2011 and was the first person with cerebal palsy to receive the award. With this award, he travelled to America and Canada where the idea of YSM was born.

Back home, Will noticed that there was a lack of support for people with disabilities to lead independent lives and Local Authorities didn't have the knowledge or the services available to help disabled people in the community.
