Associate Role Opportunity

We are currently seeking self-employed associates with experience in the health and social care system, particularly within the not-for-profit sector We are also looking for individuals with advocacy experience

Pay rate £13.20 per hour

We are currently inviting expressions of interest from people who are passionate about independent living, inclusion, social care, community leadership, and making a genuine difference to the lives of disabled people and people who employ Personal Assistants.

As a user-led organisation, we believe that lived experience matters. We are looking for people who can bring fresh ideas, strategic thinking, professional skills, and a shared commitment to empowering people to live independently and with choice and control.

We are particularly interested in hearing from people with experience in:

• Social care

• Finance or governance

• Community development

• Human resources

• Legal or safeguarding knowledge

• Fundraising and business development

• Research and public involvement

• Communications and digital engagement

• Lived experience of disability or employing PAs
